[Cesg-all] New Space Assigned Numbers Authority (SANA) WG Chair

Dear Colleagues,

It is my distinct pleasure to announce that Marc Blanchet has been  
approved as the new WG chair for the Space Assigned Numbers Authority  
(SANA).  Marc, who is affiliated with CSA, brings a wealth of  
experience from his related work in the Internet Assigned Numbers  
Authority (IANA), along with an excellent grasp on international and  
multi-lingual issues and a lot of patience.

Please welcome him in this new role and give him all the support that  
he needs.

We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Kelvin Nichols,  
who has been holding down the fort as the acting WG chair while we  
finalized Marc's appointment.  Thanks Kelvin for a job well done.
