[Cesg-all] Meeting schedule

Dear Nestor,

As we are using the already allocated CSS SM room for the BOF, is 
there an issue with keeping its originally scheduled time of 
Wednesday afternoon?  If there are no other issues, I would prefer to 
keep the BOF scheduled for the afternoon.
