[Cesg-all] Rooms allocation for Atlanta SOIS area

Dear Penelope,

SOIS will need 2 rooms

   1 for the TCOAS WG and BOF meetings (max 10 persons)
   1 for TCONS and OBL  WG (max 15 persons)

If there is a buffer of  small rooms for possible splinter meetings
on the Wednesday will be appreciated but not mandatory.

SOIS Plenary will be on
      - Monday 12th September am and
      - Friday 16th September pm

Cross area meeting foreseen to day are:
SOIS-SIS (one half day)
SOIS-AMS (participation of some SOIS staff in AMS meeting)
