[Cesg-all] URGENT: NEED PRELIMINARY ATLANTA MEETING ROOM REQUIREMENTS

Dear Penelope,

MOIMS will only need 2 rooms

   1 for the NAV WG (max 10 persons)
   1 for SMC WG (max 15 persons and including the OMG SDTF guys)


MOIMS Plenaries on
      - Monday 12th September am and
      - Friday 16th September pm

will be held in the room allocated to the SMC WG

Any cross area meeting (not known yet) will be held in one of the 2 rooms
