ADs and WG Chairs:

Note that it is possible to set up for a teleconference in the Toulouse 
meeting rooms, but the charge for the communication is not covered by the 
host and therefore the teleconference system will be set up to accept 
incoming calls only. If you need this capability, you must specifically ask 
for it and must note how many incoming calls are expected simultaneously. 
There should be laptop video projectors in all of the rooms.

As part of your agenda preparation, please let the Secretariat know about 
your special requirements for teleconferencing, laptop projection, overhead 
projection, flip-chart easels, etc.
