OMG Group Updates
The OMG's Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) Working Group seeks individuals interested in contributing to the formal response (to be submitted in May) to the Federal Reserve's CBDC report titled "Money and Payments: The U.S. Dollar in the Age of Digital Transformation (https://go.omgprograms.org/e/658223/oney-and-payments-20220120-pdf/668s29/448819034?h=ixTOrJNlsZMSaheZXoAZIZyHIzoReh00REIujEmNI7U)". The Robotics Domain Task Force (DTF) is generating a Robotic Service Ontology (RSO) to describe the kind of services, capabilities and tasks service robots might perform, including the terminology used to support rich interfaces between services, components, sensors and other elements in the robot's environment. If interested in collaborating with the DTF on the RSO by submitting a Letter of Intent by May 16th please contact robotics-chair at omg.org.
