[Ccsds-omg-liaison] Abrupt ending to meeting on Boomset - reopened

I apologize for you all getting unceremoniously kicked off when the meeting ended, we have a conflict on the back end between the unmoderated speaking mode, and the overflow time built into the sessions.

I have extended the Session another two hours, for safety, and it is reopened.

Again, that was not the intended effect, you have my apologies.
