[Ccsds-omg-liaison] Long Beach OMG meeting Dec 9-13

The Space DTF will meet in Long Beach on Tuesday and Wednesday (Dec 10-11) during meeting week.  The final CSRM submissions are due and there will be a vote on TF recommendation Tuesday.  We have also invited Katherine Monson of KSAT to talk to us about their initiatives in support of small sats.
