[Ccsds-omg-liaison] September SDTF Meeting In Chicago

Dear STDF,

One other tweak to the agenda. We are moving the Cube Sat discussion to
Thursday morning at 9:00 -- it should only take about 30 minutes. This will
open up Weds afternoon for additional GMSEC/EGS discussions.
