finalizations via email vote in December of this year

    * Dependability Assurance Framework for SSCD 1.0 FTF report
    * Web-Enabled DDS 1.0 FTF report
    * fUML 1.2 RTF report
    * OARIS 1.0 FTF report
    * Finite State Machine Component for RTC 1.0 FTF report
