[Ccsds-omg-liaison] Meeting Report

Completed a successful meeting of the Space Domain Task Force in Arlington, VA.
1)      The SOLM specification was recommended for adoption by the SDTF and endorsed by the Architecture Board.  It will now move into finalization and is on its way to becoming an available specification (typically 12-14 months).
2)      GEMS 1.2 RTF has a couple of loose ends noted by the AB to tie up and should be available soon.
3)      Discussed a PSM extension to GEMS for GMSEC
