[Ccsds-omg-liaison] XTCE 1.1 -- Workshop meeting minutes, magenta book review info, etc...

I've updated the CCSDS CWE with the XTCE Workshop meeting minutes, and cleaned up and organized the XTCE1.1 folder there as well - which includes the Draft v1.2 of the Magenta book and some minimal review guidelines among other items.


That information can found from the ccsds.org website by following the CWE link to MOIMS area, and then following the SM&C sidebar link to Draft and finally XTCE, or through SM&C sidebar to Meeting Materials, and then 2007 for the meeting minutes.

I've include a bit more explanation in the Magenta Book Review material but basically you'll want to issue a New Report and select XTCE1.1 and the Magenta Book component within that page.


However to submit a bug for the report, you'll need to request an account which I believe is just an automated step.
