[Sls-sea-dls] CCSDS SDLS : implementation of SDLS and SDLS-EP for cubesats/nanosats

Dear SDLS WG members,

Please find attached a paper presenting a cubesat compatible implementation of a fully CCSDS transceiver including SDLS and SDLS-EP (partial) implementation. This shows that SDLS can be made applicable to the whole range of satellites size.
