I say "legacy" because these drafts are pending a few updates on how they are specified. Namely:

1. Finalization of the ARI URI scheme for naming components:

2. Finalization of the structured representation of the ADM model itself (migrating from JSON to YANG):

Also, the IETF if sending the DTNMA architecture document to IESG review. If you have not had a chance to read through (and are interested in the topic) please read the DTNMA draft asap to provide any comments.
