[Sis-dtn] Draft CCSDS SIS-DTN WG agenda for Huntsville

SIS-DTN participants,

Here's a first draft agenda for the SIS-DTN WG meetings in Huntsville.
Comments solicited. What topics are we missing? (And how much agenda time
do they need?) Are there topics that are particularly relevant to you, but
the proposed schedule makes them difficult for you to participate? What
would you change?

I'll be following up with individuals to request and schedule presentations
on specific topics. I hope you'll be able to support these.

Thanks!
Bob
