Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
No loss of data, we simply didn't have the Thursday entires added in the view on the My Profile page.

Dear Secretariat & Tech Support:

I just registered for the Fall 2022 Meetings and when I looked at the output of the process, it showed no registrations for meetings on Thursday 20-Oct-2022 for the Navigation WG. I went back and checked my responses and I did check the buttons for morning and afternoon sessions of the Nav WG, but they are not in the final output report.

Bringing this to your attention since it could be affecting others as well.

**FALL 2022 TECHNICAL PLENARY AND MANAGEMENT MEETINGS**

Hosted by CNES, the CCSDS Fall 2022 meeting series will be held in Toulouse, France.  The main technical meeting series will be held from 17-21 October 2022. [Note: This will be a five-day technical meeting.]

The CESG and CMC will meet the following week, 24-27 October 2022, in Toulouse, France.

- October 24: All Day - CESG Meeting
- October 25: All Day - CESG and CMC Joint Meeting
- October 26: All Day - CMC Meeting
- October 27: All Day - CMC Meeting

The schedule may change based on input from Working Group Chairs and Area Directors. The most current schedule will always be available on the meeting information page.

**IMPORTANT**: Please note the following instructions and process:

- All Meeting Registrants must have a CWE login. If you do not, then you may request one athttp://cwe.ccsds.org/ReqLogin.aspx. Several of the links in this e-mail will prompt you for your CWE Login.
- **Please still register**if you are attending only by telecon and you are not traveling to the meeting. This will ensure your working group chair understands that he/she needs to request and manage telecon/WebEx facilities.
- All Users should review their User Profile before registering for the Fall 2022 Meetings.
- After your meeting registration is submitted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, like in previous registrations, and you will also receive a URL that allows you to edit your registration, even after registration closes.
- **Registration will close on 07 October 2022**, several days before the start of the technical meetings, to provide sufficient time for final logistics planning by CNES.
- If your attendance at the meetings is tentative, please register now. You may cancel your registration at a later date should it become necessary.
- All attendees that require a Letter of Invitation for visa purposes should already have their letter. However, if you do not have a letter, please contact Sylvain Teodomante (mailto:sylvain.teodomante at cnes.fr) immediately so one can be arranged.
- Also, as always, dress for the Technical Plenary meeting is Business Casual.

**Spring 2023 TECHNICAL PLENARY MEETING**

The Spring 2023 Technical Plenary will be hosted by NASA in Huntsville, Alabama, United States. The dates of the meetings have not yet been finalized. Once the dates for the meetings have been finalized, they will be announced to the CCSDS community.  If you need a visa letter to attend the Spring 2023 meetings, please inform the Secretariat (mailto:Secretariat at mailman.ccsds.org).
