[CESG] LIF Proposed Template v1

Hi Amber,
It looks nice.  One thing I noticed is that on page 3, the background graphic in the upper right corner seems to take a lot of space, leaving less room for the actual viewgraph’s content which I suspect that the ADs would need.  Could that be reduced?
