The new Blue Book and updated Silver Book with cover sheet have been posted to the CCSDS Website.

I also have closed the Project in the CWE and set the Book to "Published" in the Tech Editor Tracking System.

Thanks, I will try to get this posted by tomorrow as I am heading out for PTO the rest of today and tomorrow morning.  In the meantime, when a book goes silver, we also need to add a cover sheet to the previous version PDF.
