Title - It would be helpful if the title mentioned AOS
and USLP as well. A casual look at the title gives the
impression that it is only applicable to TM.
- It would be preferable but not a must.
Section 1.4 - It doesn’t look like rationale for the
standard. This issue should be corrected
Editorial - I assume that these black bars will be
cleaned up before publication (See attached File)
Section B1.1 - It would be nice to mention SDLS
(Space Data Link Security). This issue should be
 corrected since SDLS is directly applicable and is
 more applicable than application and transport layers.

This not a condition, just a comment -- I agree with Jean-Luc that the resolution for the figures noted can be improved.  I believe the secretariat/tech editors can address this and I will provide any assistance needed.

The mapping between the tests documented in the yellows book and the NPICS in Annex A of the blue book (i.e. features and options reported there) is missing, so that it is not clear what and whether the considered implementations are compliant to the NPICS table and whether the corresponding interoperability testing was successful.

  *   The main term is introduced   as “Service Package Data Formats (SPDF)”,
     *   but Annex D defines SPDF as “Service Packet Data Format” instead of “Service Package Data Formats”.
  *   In several places the phrase appears as “Space Communication Cross Support Service Management” while elsewhere CCSDS material normally uses “Space Communications Cross Support” (singular vs. plural “Communication(s)” is inconsistent within the text).
  *   Figure 1‑1 caption uses  “Space Communication Cross Support Service Management,”
     *   while Section 1.1.2.1 introduces SCCS as “Space Communications Cross Support (SCCS) Service Management (SM) suite,” so “Communication” vs. “Communications” is inconsistent between figure caption and text.

  *   Section 2.2.2 describes the “Service Packages body (abbreviated ‘ServicePkgBody’)” - however, the phrase “Service Packages body” (plural) vs. class name ServicePkgBody (singular “Pkg”) is slightly awkward
  *   Section 2.2.2 refers to “an optional status sting” instead of “status string,” which is a wording/typo issue but does not create a diagram–text mismatch.
