Please use these Blue Books where SDLS is referenced. I think there was question which SDLS book should be referenced. This solves that issue.

We need resolution on what to say. Blue book and/or Green book?
SDLS is already publishes (https://ccsds.org/Pubs/355x0b2.pdf). Is there any additional work under development?
