Hello Natalya, Hello Lee,
I am reaching out to you because, we need the change a passage on our upcoming BlueBook.
We got informed that we cannot use a normative language in this passage, but there are two paragraphs which sound normative:
At the end of 2.4.2: When concatenating RTP packets for DTN transport, a definite length CBOR array of definite length CBOR byte strings representing each RTP packet shall be used. The transmitter is responsible for the concatenation, while the receiver must recreate the individual RTP packets.
At the end of 2.4.4.2.1: Within a DTN Network, SDP shall be forwarded through a DTN Network unmodified. By doing so the SDP may act as a mechanism to signal the presence, configuration, and location of program components for use by implementations of this standard. To this end the port number described in the SDP shall be used to identify the associated Service number used within DTN. Figure 2‑8 shows an example of properly formatted SDP data, intended for transmission over the Bundle Protocol.
Can you help me rephrase this to make them informative (i.e. not prescriptive).
Thanks in advance
Best Falk
