[TechEditor] 502.0-B-3 republished with editorial change

I wanted to let you know that Blue Book 502.0-B-3 has been republished with the requested editorial change to resolve the contradiction between 6.2.1.2 and 6.2.1.4. I just had to find where Tom had spelled out the mechanism to do this.
