I am sending this message in response to the action item SC-S04-A02.
According to the action item, I forwarded N-320 memo to Japanese
ISO TC20 representative office and confirmed that Japanese SC14 team
recognized and concurred the movement to a new ISO TC dedicated to
space systems.

Please note that my office was distributed SC14 developed TC999 Business
Plan (Draft#3) dated on August 19, 2004. We are under review
this document, now.

I hope this message will satisfy the action item SC-S04-A02.
If you have any question, Please let me inform.
