I can give you some feedback from the on-going poll on the two RED
documents related to device access and time access.
2 reviewers have stated that the documents shall be accompanied by the
SOIS red book to put them in the context  prior to provide any approval.
It means that we have to make available the updated green book asap
since  it is now on our critical path.
