[Sois-sdr] SOIS-SDR BoF Meeting, Thursday 10/28

Colleagues,
There will be a half-day session at the CCSDS Fall meeting in London on Thursday 10/28 to stand up a SDR BoF under the SOIS area.  The session is exploratory in nature, but needs to consider the viewpoints from various member agencies and focus on the interoperability aspects of SDRs.  Without a strong argument that addressing SDRs within the context of CCSDS standards and recommended practices, the BoF will likely not move to a WG status.

This email is intended to solicit potential presentations/viewpoints from individuals that have shown interest.  Please respond with 1) your interest in attending the 1/2 day session, and 2) interest in putting together a presentation for the meeting of your/your organizations vantage point as relating to the interoperability aspects of CCSDS dealing with SDRs.  A formal agenda will be constructed within the next few working days (9/22 at the latest).
