Dear CESG chair,

The following resolution has been approved by SOIS AD.

Resolution SOIS-APP WG-R-2021-06-001: Request  to approve publication of  Spacecraft Onboard Interface Services- MO SERVICES AND SOIS ELECTRONIC DATASHEETS CCSDS 870.10-Y-0 Yellow Book

CONSIDERING that the SOIS Application Working Group:
 * Has completed working group development of,  and has reviewed the MO SERVICES AND SOIS ELECTRONIC DATASHEETS Yellow Book, and has consensus on requesting approval to published the named draft Yellow Book.

RESOLVES to request CESG & CMC to approve publication of the MO SERVICES AND SOIS ELECTRONIC DATASHEETS Yellow Book and 

RECOMMENDS that the CESG & CMC approve this resolution and, finally 

REQUESTS that CESG & CMC polls be conducted to accomplish this
