The following resolution has been approved by SOIS AD.

Resolution SOIS-APP WG-R-2021-02-001: Request  to approve publication of  Spacecraft Onboard Interface Services- CAST FLIGHT SOFTWARE AS A CCSDS ONBOARD REFERENCE ARCHITECTURE Orange Book

CONSIDERING that the SOIS Application Working Group:
 * Has completed working group development of,  and has reviewed the CAST FLIGHT SOFTWARE AS A CCSDS ONBOARD REFERENCE ARCHITECTURE Orange Book, and has consensus on requesting approval to published the named draft Orange Book.

RESOLVES to request CESG & CMC to approve publication of the CAST FLIGHT SOFTWARE AS A CCSDS ONBOARD REFERENCE ARCHITECTURE Orange Book and 

RECOMMENDS that the CESG & CMC approve this resolution and, finally 

REQUESTS that CESG & CMC polls be conducted to accomplish this
