[Sois-app] Green book review comments

Dear Ray and all,
during the course of this week I also reviewed the EDS & DoT Green Book.
Please find attached a handful of comments.

In general, considering that at the last meeting we just had the table of 
content, you have done an impressive job!
I think it is a good idea to filter out offline/by email the comments easy 
to solve and to highlight the important ones requiring discussion during 
the Spring meeting.
It might also be useful to list the "open points" (marked in red in the 
book) requiring additional work.
