[cssm] CESG Review packs for SMURF and BPR.

                         I've uploaded the CESG review packs for the SMURF (Publication Review) and BPR (Agency Review) to CWE. These can be found at the following URLs;

These include the changes as discussed at the Hamburg meeting and have all the figures as SVG.  I've also created a new release in the 902Releases repository. This contains all schemas and examples that are necessary and relevant to the CESG review. This can be found at the following URL (and is referenced in the books);

Assuming everything goes through the CESG review ok (fingers crossed) there are a couple of things we need to get Technical Editors to do before they publish them, viz;

  1.
Update the URL for the GitHub release package (same as we did for the CDE)
  2.
Since there are cross references between the CDE, SMURF, SPDF, CPIFand BPR we need to ask Technical Editors to check that the cross references are given the correct dates etc. in the references in each of the books (currently they say "forthcoming" I think).

I've also ceated a new release of the 902Repository containing the models, schemas etc. used in generating the CESG review material. This can be found at;
