[cssm] Additional step for joining future teleconferences/teams meetings

CSSM Colleagues,

I have been advised today that starting on August 8, anyone joining a Teams meeting initiated on JPL's Microsoft tenant (i.e. instance of Teams) that does not have JPL or NASA credentials will be presented with a CAPTCHA form before being allowed into the meeting lobby. I suspect everyone has seen these but if not a CAPTCHA form presents some text in a image that has to be entered verbatim before further access is granted. Apparently this is to prevent note taking apps from gaining unauthorized access. My apologies to my non-NASA colleagues for the extra step that will be required to join the meeting.  Presumably this will be in effect for the August 12 teleconference.
