[cssm] FRM/FRIN splinter session telecon reminder

Hello All,

A reminder that we have the FRM/FRIN/SACP/managed service context splinter session on Tuesday, October 22.

We will take a look at composing configuration profiles from the functional resources defined in the FRM, questions of how the FRINs (functional resource instance numbers) are used, how FRINs can be managed, and some more general questions as to what level of configuration flexibility is needed and/or practical.
