[cssm] Response for AI 2022-1020-01 (accountability information)

CSSM Colleagues,

In response to AI 2022-1020-01 ("Supply information (e.g., ICD, sample reports) of accountability data/information  (put in Dev material folder for accountability book)"), a file characterizing the types of accountability information that the DSN produces for post-pass report has been uploaded to the folder as indicated in the action item.
