[cssm] New version of SPDF schema available (more bug fixes)

Dear all,
              I've created a new GitHub release for the 902 UML models and schemas. This fixes a bug in the CDE schema, also modified CDE schema so that SICF data can contain new line characters (if put in CDATA section), updats SMURF example of how to submit other trajectory data and has a new SMURF submission request example for SICF.

As the changes to the CDE schema impact both the SMURF and SPDF this release should be used for further testing of the SPDF and SMURF.
