Concerning RID-11, I don't understand the disposition:

Agreed: Remove srvPkgID from ServicePkgReq class and move it to DeleteSrvPkgReq class, the serviceReqID is not needed in the ReplaceSrvPkg and DeleteSrvPkg classes
For ReplaceSrvPkg and DeleteSrvPkg, we need to have reference to both
- requester ID (serviceReqID)
- provider ID (srvPkgRef)
This essential to synchronise both party DB.
The RID was about the fact that current implementation allow to link one [requester ID] to multiple [provider ID] in the DeleteSrvPkg.

The intention is that we finalise these responses at the next W/G telecon on Feb 7th. With this in mind please review the responses and (ideally) send any comments you may have to myself, Marcin and Erik before the telecon.
