[cssm] New GitHub Release + minor updates to CDE, SMURF, SPDF and CPIF

Dear all,
              as a result of putting the initial referential diagram into Papyrus I noticed a few minor naming inconsistencies between IDs and Refs. These affected the CDE, SMURF, SPDF and CPIF. These have now been corrected and the books can be found at the URLs shown below as well as a new GitHub release with the revised UML models, schemas and examples;
