[cssm] New versions of the Nav W/G schemas

Dear all,
              the Nav W/G have issued new versions of their schemas. Consequently I have updated the Service Management schemas and examples to reflect these updates. The updated versions of the schema and examples have been pushed to the master branch of the GitHub repository;

The impact of the changes was negligible, it was only needed to update the schemas that were included to reflect the new versions.
