[cssm] CDE M-2, SMURF, and SPDF pre-populated RID forms

Dear CSSM Colleagues,

As noted at today's teleconference, the agency reviews of Red-1 for CDE Magenta-2, SMURF and the SPDF have begun. Attached are the pre-populated RID forms, that are strongly encouraged for submission of agency RIDs.  As you may recall, the PDF forms have been used with success for ingest into a database which helps to facilitate the busywork of processing the RIDs with regard to dispositions etc.  For each of the books out for review there are two versions of the PDF form. The  "Multi-RID" offers the reviewer the convenience of automatically propagating the reviewer/agency information for each new RID at it and also affords a capability for managing the submission package via a "delete RID" button to remove a RID from the reviewer's submission package prior to submission if the user so chooses.  The "Single RID" version of the form does not have these convenience functions and, correspondingly, does not have the JavaScript that enables these functions.  My recollection is that Colin created this version of the form for those domains where the IT department bans the use of JavaScript.  Unfortunately it means the user has to enter the information every time and/or resort to copying a "source" form to start a new RID to keep duplicate information input to a minimum. Nonetheless, receiving the input on this form is still very good for working on RID dispositions as it can be used to populate the database just the same as the multi-rid version of the form.  Ultimately of course it is very good to avoid the non-productive work of having to do data entry all over again from an ASCII RID form.   So, again, please strongly encourage use of the PDF forms if at all possible.

The forms have also been uploaded into the CWE directories for the various books as appropriate.
