[cssm] Reminder re request for service agreement inputs

CSSM Colleagues,

Following up from today's CSSM teleconference, below please find the link for the spreadsheet to use in collecting service agreement inputs.  CWE login is required to access the spreadsheet.  Inputs from your agency will be much appreciated in working out what the standard parameters should be for a service agreement. My sincere thanks to those who have already provided inputs for their agency and/or tracking network.
