[cssm] Response re AI 2021-0622-01 (SMURF Test Plan)

Dear Marcin,

I finally had a chance to look at version 0.8 of the SMURF/SDPF test plan (CCSM-YB-902.9-Y-0.8).  The quick summary  is that I think the plan looks very good in general, but I think that there might be some additional criteria added for the SPDF portion.

For the SPDF portion of the revised test plan, I think it may be worthwhile to have criteria stated that indicate generation of the SPDF in conformance with the constraints of the SMURF. Perhaps one simple test on this would be for one service package request versus one service package and then a successor criteria could be to have multiple service packages generated from a "bigger" service request.  Perhaps that is in there but from my reading it didn't seem to be explicitly called out for the phase 4 & 5 prototyping - probably more important for phase 5.  Let's discuss this further at the next meeting on Wednesday.
