[cssm] SMURF and SPDF Test Plan and Test Report

Dear all,

I had an action to rework the Test Plan/Report that way, so that we can include SPDF testing.
I did the exercise, and also we performed with Colin and Anthony a through review and dispositions to the already performed tests (See chapter 4.2.5).

Attached are two version of the Test Plan, one with markup and one cleaned up. I will upload it to the CWE as well later on.
