[cssm] SMURF Service Package Request and SPDF - Latest Snapshot as per this weeks Webex

Dear all,
please find attached a snapshot of the schemas and UML
models of the revised SMURF and SPDF as discussed at the WebEx this
week. Please note that these do not include any of the possible changes
that were discussed during the WebEx. I'll await the outcome of next weeks
splinter WebEx before doing any further updates. Attached below are some
examples of what the XML requests and responses would look like.
The examples are also included in the ZIP file with the schemas.
