[cssm] Request to replace Schemas in the "Service Management XML Schemas" registry

Dear SANA,
                         as a result of a forthcoming technical 
corrigendum  some changes have been made to the simple Schedule XML 
schema, I'd therefore be grateful if you could do the following in the 
"Service Management XML Schemas" registry

Insert the attached  schema 902x01b1TC1-SmplSched.xsd into the registry 
with the following information;

Status          Provisional
Description     The simple schedule XML Schema updated to reflect 
Technical Corrigendum 1
References       [ccsds-902.1-B-1]
