[cssm] SMURF Service Package Request and SPDF - Latest Snapshot

Dear all,
please find attached a snapshot of the schemas and UML
models for the reworked SMURF and SPDF. For those of you who get confused
by what UML representation (e.g. me on occasion) of things mean are a
couple of examples below. One is of a service package request and the
other the resultant service package. The examples are also included in the
ZIP file with the schemas.
