[cssm] Updates:- SMURF Book, UML Model, XML Schema.

Dear all, 
                 I've just uploaded the following updates to CWE; 

SMURF Book              Updated in line with discussions at todays 
(20210803) Webex. Basically remove the srvPkgReqVersion parameter from the 
ServicePkgReq class. The examples have also been deleted. 
UML Model               Contains the UML model  updated to be consistent 
with the changes to the above plus remove srvPkgReqVersion parameter  from 
 the ServicePkgBody class in the SPDF.
XML Schemas             Contains the schemas updated to be consistent with 
the changes to the above.
