[cssm] Virtual fall meetings

CSTS and CSSM Colleagues,

As you may know, the Fall 2020 CCSDS technical meetings will be held in an on-line/virtual format. The meetings for the CSS Area WGs will be held in much the same way as for the virtual Spring meetings. The plan calls for 1.5 to 2 hour teleconferences Monday through Thursday of the meetings week - Oct 26 - 29, with an area plenary (joint teleconference) on Tuesday October 27. If there are joint meetings with working groups in other CCSDS areas or splinter sessions are needed the following week will be considered for any such dedicated teleconferences. Detailed agendas and teleconference arrangements will be available no later than the second week of October.
