[cssm] 902x02-r1 - Communications Planning Information Formats - Red 1 RIDs - Update

Dear all,
                  some time ago Anthony sent me a RID for the CPIF, which 
I managed to forget about until he reminded me today. I've added it to the 
RID database and also produced a new PDF report of the database contents.
