[Smwg] RESTful Study uploaded

CSSM Colleagues,

At the Mountain View meetings, I alluded to a study that had been conducted by one of my colleagues here at JPL with regard to a survey for the various styles for doing RESTful APIs.  My main concern at the meeting was that, from my recollection of the study, it's not just a simple decision of the style of the URL expression but that there are in fact a number of other considerations when looking at standing up RESTful services.  I believe the presentation does a fairly good job of capturing the breadth of considerations involved.  The presentation has been uploaded to the CWE and can be retrieved via
