[Smwg] CSSM-YB-927.3 TGFT Yellow Book - Updated version.

Dear all,
                 Serge has sent me an updated version of the TGFT yellow 
book and I've uploaded this into CWE. The document can be found at the

Serge tells me that it includes;

a proposed redaction of the conclusion (chapter 3), to be commented
a global pass on formatting and typos. 
This document is derived from the latest document from Li Hu, named 
CSSM-YB-927.3 TGFT-04_April_12_LH.docx. I accepted all modifications from 
this base.
We still miss some stuff:
3 { to be completed } items to be filled by Li Hu, about the tests with a 
mixed result 
all the click here marks to point to the test files. I understand that we 
need to upload them somewhere. Do you know how ?
