FYI, I have uploaded the PIF with some comments here and there where I think we may need to consider updates to accommodate the "planetary-body-other-than-earth" use case. The URL for the document is shown below.  I propose to walk through this in conjunction with the slides that outlined the Mars overflight relay coordination at the upcoming face-to-face meetings in Gaithersburg.
