Thanks to Serge for fixing the typos that he found (see Claudia's email below). I have made a subsequent pass through the document and found more typos that have now been corrected. Also, I have added the XML element names and data types to the document's dictionary. The resulting updated draft is at URL:

Serge updated some typo corrections on the white book, the proposition was updated on the cwe. He used as a base the John's last version of the 6th of June.

We decided with Hu and Colin to split the error cases present in the with book. As they are 14 of them we propose to implement the errors cases from 1 to seven and the NSSC from 8 to 14, but we can change them if necessary.
